So it's summer again so it must be time for our family holiday.
but this year is different because we have decided that there are going to be no airports or early morning departures so we pack up the car and head towards Portsmouth destined for Port Bourgenay in the Vendee region of Western France
A great day out where we were lucky to see the Vulcan Bomber return to the skys over Lincolnshire.
The only downside to the day was when the parking attendants told me where to park and it turned out to be a bit softer than anyboth had realised. 4 large airforce types and a 4x4 later and we were out again but that's the mother of all cleaning jobs.
Sam can't get enough of the Natural History Museum so here we are again followed by lunch at the Rainforest Cafe where Sam was not impressed with the elephant that was making a lot of noise at the end of our table
